About Me
Hi! I’m Noorah.
A visual communicator, intuitive thinker, and a storyteller that's dedicated to helping you become friends with your inner-self.
I remember back to a time when self-discovery was a very scary thing….
Every time I would find something new about myself (or anyone else really), I’d go into this whole emotional-freakout and breakdown period (think loose rhinoceros in a china shop)- Yup, that's what it was like inside of me. Wishing I could go back and unsee it.. unknow it…
It felt like every time I saw something I didn’t quite like, I didn’t know what to do with it-or with myself. So yes,... FREAKOUT!
Self-awareness felt like a burden that I didn’t want to carry…
Yet, I knew that if I wanted to go to the other side to a place where I can be happy and proud of myself, a place where I can go to God and say "I tried my best", then I had to walk the path, and do the work.
Now I know, it won't always be scary and you CAN be friends with the forest inside of you.
You can be friends with the inner you.
I help you become friends with your inner-self. Both heart and mind. Nether capable of betraying the other.

Because you are your greatest resource and there's a reason you where put on earth. And I want to help you find it and live it.
In order for inner transformation to happen, we need to involve ourselves.
And we need two things in the process:
1- Confidence, that gives us the ability to take action
2- Information
So what do I do?
I help people understand their unique set of strengths, opportunities, and challenges and then coach them to make something out of it.
I believe we were all born with something special and unique that only we can bring into this world and it's my job to help you find it.
Simply put, I help you build confidence while putting it in the right place.
But what I really want to say is that...
I help those who feel like they have a hole in their hearts, figure out what they are trying to fill it with.
I was always into teaching. My background was in Special Education, Behavioral Disorders. I also had a diploma in fine Arts. And being an eager learner and information junkie, I got trained in art therapy in 2013. One of the things I love about it is that it offers an insight into the conscious and unconscious mind and where there may be a gap between the two.
I then got certified in personal and social branding, group coaching and am a certified practitioner in emotional intelligence and two personality assessments. I'm an ongoing student of graphology and people and interested in psychology in the Quran.
And then, just like that, something huge shifted inside

A Big Moment
On a subconscious level, I used to think that owning your strengths was somehow "wrong" and "arrogant." I ran away from them until one day, one of my friends and mentors said something that changed everything. She said:
”Don't you think that owning your strengths is a form of gratitude, Noorah? What if it was a form of gratitude?”
That changed everything for me.
Our strengths are gifts, and we are responsible for figuring them out and making something out of them. Figuring out who we are, our identities, and our unique set of strengths and challenges is a wonderful thing! It is also a responsibility. Making the most out of who you are is a form of gratitude, and it is in itself a virtuous act and the reason we are all here.
This was HUGE for me! It helped me put things where they belonged. It also changed the way I carried myself, my choices, whom I wanted to be around, my self-confidence, self-respect, and eventually the doors it opened up for me and the places it's taken me... I want to help you do the same.
"And once you find your strength, ask God for more and more of it..."
