About You
If you're visiting my page, there's probably an area in your life that doesn't feel complete. Life has been changing lately; maybe you're newly married, or you're a mom for the very first time, or maybe you're kids are just starting to go to school, you might have started a new job, or just got promoted. You're in a new place with yourself, your family, friends, and/or with your work situation- Suddenly you have a lot of questions. You find yourself stuck, frustrated-maybe even afraid or just confused.
This is a NORMAL feeling.

When life changes, we are required to go back to our bag of identity and either add new things to it or remove things that aren't working for us anymore and are holding us back to meet what current life and the future requests from us.

Put simply; we need to find ourselves again.
