A gang of no more than 12 people who are just like you, thinking about the same topic, wondering where to go next, and looking for answers to similar questions.
What happens in the sessions?
​
Over a warm cup of coffee, we sit in a circle and have a conversation. I usually start off the sessions with:

The rules of the session

I ask a question
-
We go around and whoever would like to share shares their thoughts and experiences

I ask more questions

More conversations
-
I pull out a sheet of paper with questions and exercises around the topic to help guide the conversation

I share a few important insights and tools
-
Everyone gets a chance to share their key takeaways and the things that stood out to them the most from the conversation

We take a group picture holing up our coffee cups :)

It's a group coaching session so creating a space of trust and connection is important for that we will ask you to:

Keep your mic on mute when others are speaking and to unmute-self when it's your turn to share

What I love most about the sessions...
I love holding a space where we get to learn how we show up to others; how we express our thoughts and feelings, and how we allow others to do the same.
Helping others to see and hear us, and letting others feel seen and heard. I truly love the work.

And it’s even more special when we have a group of males and female and we get a chance to better understand what we each need.
